How can I track the origin of my bottle?
Every bottle of Terra Delyssa features a unique QR code on the label. Scanning it allows you to view the full traceability data, including where the olives were grown and when they were pressed.
Is your olive oil organic and non-GMO?
Yes, we offer a dedicated line of certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. All our products are non-GMO Project Verified and free from pesticides and chemicals.
What is the shelf life of the olive oil?
Our olive oil typically has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of bottling. For maximum freshness, store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping across the country. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery arriving between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns if the item arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt for a replacement.
